  The Möötikkärakka Trail is located in Songa, about 24.8 km northwest of the center of Rovaniemi, on the slope of Möötikkärakka, which rises on the east shore of Lake Sonkajärvi. Möötikkärakka is a scenic partly rocky hazard, from the top of which there are amazing views of Sonkajärvi and the dangers of the area. The path goes up from the parking area to the east towards the Möötikkärakka viewpoint.
